Welcome to the Wright County Recorder/Registrar of Titles Office. We are pleased to offer the latest TriMin technology for searching real estate data and images for your information and convenience. Our recording system makes available real estate data back to 1855 for Abstract land and 1910 for Torrens land. The LandShark tab will indicate the dates when images are available for Abstract and Torrens documents.

The Wright County Recorder’s Office will continue to provide the citizens and business partners of Wright County the finest customer service possible. To further ensure that our technology is the best it can be, we will continually make changes and updates as necessary, and encourage your participation. We welcome your suggestions and comments and look forward to making you a "satisfied customer."

Land Records transactions are handled from start to finish within the Recorder's office. All checks can be payable to "Wright County". Seperate check required for property tax payments processed by Finance & Taxpayer Services Department. Property conveyance questions plese call 763-682-7590 or 763-682-7588.

We are providing all services electronically, mail, drop box or fax. We encourage you to use Landshark, record documents electronically and make deposits or payments online for quicker turnaround times.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

We will be migrating to the NEW Landshark platform 1st Quarter 2024. We are excited to provide a more user friendly environment for end users.

All images dating back to the 1800's have been imported into our data base along with limited indexed data. The start date for searches will continue to be updated once staff verify the indexed data. Landshark allows you to search by book and page, however, there are some gaps with these searches where the book and pages dropped out of our system. We are working to manually enter the book and pages back into our system.
