Subscription to Landshark Account:

$50.00 Set up fee, $50.00 Monthly subscription fee, $0.25 per image/page download fee

Complete Remote Access Agreement below and Escrow Authorization Form found under Payment options tab (fees are listed on the last page of the agreement). Send completed forms and proper fees to Recorder's Office, 3650 Braddock Ave NE, Suite 1500, Buffalo, MN. 55313. If you have any questions, please call Kelly Day at 763-682-7359 .

Please complete and return this agreement to the Wright County Recorder’s Office to set up an account and receive a User ID and Password.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

We will be migrating to the NEW Landshark platform 1st Quarter 2024. We are excited to provide a more user friendly environment for end users.

All images dating back to the 1800's have been imported into our data base along with limited indexed data. The start date for searches will continue to be updated once staff verify the indexed data. Landshark allows you to search by book and page, however, there are some gaps with these searches where the book and pages dropped out of our system. We are working to manually enter the book and pages back into our system.
