Public Access Area Appointments increased to 2 people at a time. The appointment scheduler allows you to continue to select 30 min or 60 min time slots.
We continue to work with a rotation of staff onsite and remote. There are 5 - 6 staff members onsite every day. All staff will be back in the office beginning June 14th, 2021.
Tract Book Pages are now available. Go to the Tract Tab to search by legal description. The Tract Book Pages are an exact depiction of the books, there will be blank pages, therefore, we have adjusted pricing to reflect $2.00 for first page and $1.00 for each additional page. If you are a Landshark Subscriber the additional page will only be $0.25 at this time. Fees are subject to change.

ONE STOP SHOP for transfer and recordings. The Wright County Board of Commissioners approved the combination of Land Records functions from Auditor/Treasurer's office to the Recorder's office. Four staff were relocated into our space on March 8th and we have began processing all documents in one office. All checks can be payable to "Wright County" effective immediately. Seperate check required for property tax payments processed by Finance & Taxpayer Services Department. Property conveyance questions plese call 763-682-7590 or 763-682-7588.
We are providing all services electronically, mail, drop box or fax. We encourage you to use Landshark, record documents electronically and make deposits or payments online.
LANDSHARK SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION
Landshark subscribers can add funds to their escrow account using a credit card at no charge.
Escrow account holders can make escrow deposits online with an electronic check or credit card just enter in escrow account number at the time of payment.

PUBLIC USER INFORMATION
Public users (occasional remote access users) may now download images in LandShark by paying with a credit/debit card. Register here to begin searching! Once registered, you may log in using the same User ID and Password in the future; however, you will need to enter new payment information each session.
To view a document image, you will be asked to provide credit/debit card account information for a payment of $1.00 per page viewed and/or printed at the time of download plus a remote access fee of $10.00.
NOTE: The initial credit card entry screen indicates a $50.00 pre-authorization hold on your credit card. The $50.00 hold will change to the amount of purchase within approximately 24 hours.
